– Responsible for preparing accounts up to finalization for various clients in UK & Ireland

– Would be Handling UK Accounts i.e. Bank Reconciliation, P&L Accounts, Ledger scrutiny, Finalization of accounts in accordance with new UK GAAP

– Communicate with client as & when required through e-mails to resolve accounting queries

– Update books of accounts for various clients in stipulated time line

Desired Candidate Profile:

Not pursuing CA/CA Final / CS

Qualification – B. Com/BAF/M. Com, CA Inter /ICWA Inter /MBA-Finance
Good communication skills (verbal and written). Must be doing client communication.
Good excel knowledge.
Should be able to work independently.
Min 2 years of experience in preparing UK Yearend Accounts.
Software knowledge required: Xero, CCH, Digita, & IRIS.
Software knowledge optional: Sage Line 50, QuickBooks.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Business Excellence & Compliance. The responsibilities of the Business Excellence & Compliance Manager include identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein, lead and Implement business process management system for new clients. Drive and Track Quality DNA – training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up. Implement Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) for newly Transitioned processes – Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean.

Job Description:

Quality (Distribution of time 50%)

  • Formulate strategies in order to meet the business requirements, customer deliverable’s as well as ensuring the departmental performance against goals.
  • Facilitate the teams to meet and improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPI’s) in line with the business objectives.
  • Define & implement the quality standards, processes & plans for various operations.

  • Conduct investigation on discrepancies, errors, complaints, failures and adverse events requiring documented review and action.

Project Manager – (Distribution of time 30%)

  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
  • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.

Compliance (Distribution of time 20%)

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Draft, modify and implement company policies
  • Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies keeping in mind appropriate requirements
  • Proven experience as compliance manager
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality

Job brief

An Account Manager will have to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing SLA documentations, assist with sales pitches, sales reports and ensure credit control is in place by constant follow-ups with defaulting clients. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Operations departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

If you are familiar with any account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individuals and ensure we maintain client centricity with continued efforts and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • CA, MBA preferred. We are open to look at Graduates/Post Graduates with exceptional flair & passion for Account Management.
