We start with a quick conversation to learn more about your practice, understand your requirements, and identify where we can
best support you.
Together, we agree on which service would be most beneficial for your free trial – whether that’s bookkeeping, year-end accounts, or a
personal tax return.
There is just one formality before we begin the trial: signing a Soft Agreement, which outlines general business terms along with GDPR and NDA policies to ensure your data is fully protected.

Once you confirm your preferred start date, we will set up a meeting with your SPOC, a qualified accountant who will oversee and project-manage the trial.
During this meeting, we’ll go over the job in detail and walk you through the entire process, from timelines to software access and data-sharing platform, so you know exactly what to expect.

During your free trial, your SPOC will stay in regular contact to assist with IT setup and access to our document-sharing platform. After receiving all the required information, you’ll get a fee quote so you know exactly what that type and size of the job would cost.
The SPOC will coordinate with you on any queries or missing documents and then begin processing the work. When the job is completed and internally reviewed, the results will be shared with you.

After you’ve reviewed the trial work, we’ll arrange a follow-up meeting to cover any questions you may have and to hear about your experience, including turnaround time, communication, and overall service quality.
Based on your feedback and requirements, we’ll discuss the best engagement model to support your practice and team, ensuring it’s tailored to your needs and delivers the most value.
