Away from work, my motivation is my family. I am currently ‘learning on the job’ with fatherhood and enjoy spending quality time with my fiancée and beautiful little girl.

David joined GI Outsourcing in September 2023 as Commercial Director.
He brings with him over 15 years of experience working within the finance and accountancy professions in the UK and internationally.
Over his career he has worked with businesses ranging from VC/PE backed start-ups, SMEs and Fortune 500 listed companies.
His knowledge, enthusiasm, creativity, and international commercial acumen have enabled him to provide solutions for his clients’ Finance, HR and Legal operations, in order for them to improve their productivity and profitability in over 70 countries.
David enjoys hiking, reading, swimming, and cooking as well as fundraising for a local charity, in his role as Trustee.

Jarmila is skilled in strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration. As a CEO of GI Outsourcing he will be responsible for supporting the business with its dynamic growth and expansion plans.
Tariq is a Business Management graduate and a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in international tax, financial advisory and outsourcing.

Pramod Rupwate joined GI Outsourcing in October 2009 and has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial roles, including 12 years of rich experience in successfully managing and controlling BPO/ KPO service delivery functions, leading integrated operations management along with workforce planning, skill management, training and development.
He has supported and partnered with company personnel as Making Tax Digital (MTD) officer to successfully defend VAT for all clients associated with the company to make them MTD compliant.
Pramod has also visited the UK on client assignments, working for two months on a significant project.
He graduated from Patkar College with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Away from the office, Pramod loves cricket, listening to music and playing the keyboard. He also loves to spend time with family, especially his daughter who is described as his “stressbuster”.
