GI Outsourcing has been named one of the winners at the Maharashtra State Best Employer Brand Awards 2026, in recognition of the work of its India team.

GI Outsourcing works with accountancy practices and SMEs across the UK, Ireland and around the world, providing support with bookkeeping, management accounts, payroll, audit and tax services through its team in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Noida and Hyderabad.

Founded in 1991, the firm has grown from two employees to a team of over 200 highly trained and talented professionals, many of whom attended a glamorous awards ceremony.

The Maharashtra State award celebrates organisations across the region that lead the way in HR strategy and use marketing and communications effectively to support their people.

Judges assessed entrants against a wide range of criteria, including talent management and development, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and workplace wellbeing.

For GI Outsourcing, the win reflects a sustained focus on building a workplace culture that supports its people and drives performance.

The firm has invested in developing its India team, creating an environment where employees feel valued and are given the opportunity to grow.
