Stretching out with yoga to deal with stress

The term Yoga means Union. It is a practice to align oneself with the universal balance. In today’s busy life routine, it’s quite easy to stray from a balanced body and mindset which then leads to stress and anxiety.

We at GI celebrated International Yoga Day 2022 with an amazing session in our offices led by yoga experts. These sessions consisted of meditation and breathing techniques along with a few postures correcting and stretching techniques to ensure a healthy mind and body.
