In these unprecedented times, we would like to inform you about the steps that we have taken to protect the health of our staff whilst safeguarding the work we do on behalf of our clients.
We are following the World Health Organisation, UK and Indian Government’s instructions to stay safe by working from home.
We have been working night and day during the past week to put in place secure, GDPR compliant home working procedures to ensure business continuity, so that the work we do for you and your clients can continue without interruption.
The following home-working measures are now fully operational in both the UK and India and include:
- Providing our team members with their office computer to take home so they can access the data securely, by logging in to our/the client’s server.
- All USB ports, drives and copy and print facilities are disabled, so no data can be downloaded or saved.
- Skype and MS teams installed on each computer for communication with the team and clients.
- Each team member has signed an adherence to our company’s data privacy, security, and confidentiality policies while working from home, to follow strict guidelines of GDPR, not to copy any client’s data or use mobile technology to capture any personal information.
